Countries worldwide do alot to promote and improve the application of Human Rights laws ideals and best practices. The great Country of India has a considerable number of Human Rights Organizations that work with communities and central Government to promote and protect human rights accross their vast territories. 

Some of the most prominent Human Rights Organizations in India include:

Amnesty International India – A global human rights organization that works to promote and protect Human Rights in India.

People’s Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL) – A human rights organization that works to promote and protect civil liberties in India.

Human Rights Law Network (HRLN) – A non-governmental organization that provides legal aid and advocacy for marginalized communities in India.

Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI) – A non-profit organization that works to promote human rights and good governance in India and other Commonwealth countries.
